   Waterlines is a series of photographs made in boatyards between 2021-22, that focus on the waterlines of boats. The waterlines on the side of boats constitute a border between
   what is on top of the surface of the water and what is underneath, separating the visible from the invisible part of a vessel. A boat's waterline is a marking that indicates the extent to which the weight of a load may safely submerge a ship and as such, it is an indicator of  a balancing act.
